Just like other chatimes, they got decent bubble tea. We got the brown rice green milk tea as well as the earl grey milk tea with coconut jelly. They were both refreshing with a pretty strong tea flavor.
The best part of this store is that it closes late so it was still open when all the other places were closed. Even though it was close to midnight, there was a lineup inside the store. However, the wait time wasn't too long. -

This is probably the most frequented Chatime location downtown due to its close proximity to Yonge and Dundas. I go here a few times and my feelings on this location remains the same. There are always long lineups, it's tiny, and the AC is usually not turned on. The customer service is also a hit and miss - too many staff working in a small space so everything is a bit chaotic and scrambled.
My drinks always come out tasting fine, but I always dread having to wait in line in a stuffy humid room. The Yonge & College + Queen & Spadina locations are way better - go there for a better Chatime experience! -

Tried the Black Tie the day it came out and it was so good. The Black Tie is different than the regular Thai milk tea as it has a shot of espresso and grass jelly. If you're looking for a caffeine high, this is the drink to go. I would highly recommemd this drink!
Since it was the first day of release, the line was a bit long. It took us about 15-20 minutes from the time of lining up and receiving the drinks. -

Good bubble tea - I would recommend the taro milk tea, original milk tea, and roasted milk tea with boba. Taro is made with real taro and not just powder. Their drinks are consistent in quality and flavour with friendly service. This location can get really busy with long line ups, is the only drawback. However, that's to be expected when near the Eaton center. Also, be sure to take advantage of their rewards program.

always love to grab some bubble tea on the go from Chatime! This location is sometimes busier than some of their other locations, so had to line up for like 5-10 mins most of the time I go.
The brown sugar Pearl Milk Tea is one of my new favourite! It's like a perfect blend of their signature milk tea with a touch of brown sugar~ the pearls are super chewy, so make sure to add that extra topping with it!
I also really like the Chatime Triple as well, it has pearls + pudding + grass jelly all included in milk tea.
